We’ll repair it, test it, and ship it back securely.

We’ll confirm pricing and details before you send anything.
2. Ship your device to us
Use Australia Post or any courier you prefer.
We recommend tracked shipping for safety.
(We’ll provide the correct address and packing tips once your repair is booked.)
3. We repair and test your device
Once it arrives, we complete your repair, run full diagnostics, and keep you updated through the process.
4. We ship it back with tracking
Your device is returned using Auspost with tracking.
Return shipping is a flat rate added to your final invoice.
